Shipping and Returns
Processing Times and Information
Our typical processing time is between 1-5 days. This includes processing of the orders and getting them shipped out with our carriers. This time may increase during sale events and around holidays, so please take that into consideration when ordering.
We offer several different shipping options to our customers at checkout. USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping partners, and we work with them to make sure we are offering as up to date pricing as possible.
Due to the nature of our products, they can be affected by hotter temperatures. If you order is placed in the later half of the week, there is possibility that it may not ship until the beginning of the following week, depending on destination. This is done to avoid the potential for an order to remain in a warehouse over the weekend which could result in issues with the product.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we have created your shipping label.
Once picked up and scanned by the carrier, tracking information should become available within 48-72 hours. Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination of the order.
Order tracking and final delivery is handled by the carriers and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages and cannot replace these types of packages at this time.
We are currently offering Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.
International Shipping
Currently, we are not offering shipping outside of the United States.
Order Changes
At this time, we are unable to guarantee changes to orders once the order has been placed. If you need assistance with your order after it is placed, please contact our support team at support@granitepeakscreations.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and generally will not be allowed after 14 days from purchase. To request an evaluation of a return or exchange please contact us at support@granitepeakscreations.com and a member of our team will reach out to discuss the request.
An original receipt of purchase will be required on all requests for refunds or exchanges.
If a refund or return is approved you will be notified with follow up instructions, and any refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make t purchase.
We are unable to cover the cost of any shipping fees.
Damages and other product issues
Please inspect all orders upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the items are damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong product, so that we may evaluate the issue.
If any of the items in your order are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and before use of any of the products. Please include a description of the damage along with photos and the original receipt of purchase.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bath and body products due to their nature.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All sales are final on discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections, limited releases and gift cards. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items.
NOTE: - Candles, Wax melts and other related items, may become soft or melted when shipping during hotter temperatures. We cannot be held liable for products that experience this condition when exposed to hot temperatures for extended periods of time.
It is strongly recommended that if you are having items to shipped to areas where they can be exposed to hotter temperatures during delivery that you arrange for them to be delivered to an airconditioned location or arrange for someone to receive the package for you. We cannot be held liable for products that are damaged due to being left outside during hot temperatures. This includes but is not limited to the softening or melting of any of our products.
